Join us at the launch of Shimmers in the Field!

Commissioned by Washington Performing Arts and the Tregaron Conservancy, with support from the DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities, Shimmers in the Field launches October 17. An augmented reality soundwalk, the work reveals a hidden layer of stories, music, and sound design woven throughout the Conservancy’s trails. Through our app available on iOS and Android, audiences are invited to wander, listen, and discover—encountering narrations and sounds that transform the landscape into a living archive of memory.

Shimmers in the Field will launch alongside the annual Tregaron Unplugged, where music and participatory experiences are nested across the Conservancy’s terraces, lawns, meadows, and pathways. Shimmers in the Field will be available for a full year at the Tregaron Conservancy.
